The new Terra card has an ability that costs 1 Fire, 1 Ice, 1 water and tap to break someone, I know you can't purposely over pay cp for things, but if the only way I can cover the colour cost is by tapping the one land I had for water, and tossing both an ice and a fire card. It's was the minimum way I could cover the cost but my opponent was saying I can't pay for it because it was over by 2 cp. Is he correct and I am not able to activate the ability?
