Im no expert with ice but I personally like the 1-042R Squall to be run with 1-059R Laguna I dont like the new jihl either as I think opus 1 version is probably one of best Ice cards also since you are playing alot of 4cost forwards you could concider adding 1-048C Devout also since Laguna doesn't have any action abilities 6 Laguna might be a little but like I said I dont play much Ice

What type of an ice deck are you trying to play? If I was recommending a standard ice deck with no idea what you wanted to build with the cards you have i'd recommend a core like this.

Forwards:
x3 Squall 1R
x3 Laguna 1R
x3 Capricious Reaper 2C
x2-3 Kuja 1H
x3 Rinoa 2L
x3 Vayne 2L

Backups:
x3 Devout 1C
x3 Jihl Nabaat 1S
x3 Duke Larg 1R

Summons:
x3 Mateus 2R
x3 Shiva 1R

I'd also highly recommend running more then 13 backups regardless of if you go this route or not. If you wanted to talk about a list some more be it with this core or putting a different list together just reply or message me then.
