Two mod positions are available. I'm looking for people who are friendly, helpful, active on the forum, and can remain neutral in arguments and disputes.
Friendly Looking for friendly mods. No hostile posts towards a member, even if they might deserve it. It reflects badly not only on the admin/mods, but the community in general. Mods should be role models and examples for members on how to deal with unfriendly members.
Helpful If there are members with questions, help answer them. If a member is going against the rules, contact them and tell them what they're doing wrong. If you must delete a member's post, contact them why you had to do it so they'll have a chance to fix it and avoid doing it again in the future.
Active on the forum This is a given, at least for the first few mods of the forum. I'm looking for dedicated people who will help keep the forum active, especially in the first few months as we're a new, growing forum. At least one of the mods would be in charge of keeping the feedback list up to date.
Being the middleman This quality is very important. I'm always up for healthy discussions, but when arguments arise on the board, I'll need a mod that can help diffuse a situation in a polite matter for everyone. Mods can have opinions of their own on a topic, but in the middle of a dispute, they'd need to put their bias aside to resolve a heated argument before it escalates.
If this is up your alley and you want to be apart of the community with your contributions, then contact me.

Please welcome Zafri as our first moderator! We'll be expecting great work from you. Thank you in advance for your time and dedication to the forum. If anyone has any questions or suggestions, feel free to contact me, zafri, or make a thread about it on this board. Second mod position still available. I'll be taking a bit more time on choosing the second mod and will decide based on your posts on the forum.
