Opus III booster box image was recently released and we have Sephiroth as the main character featured on the packaging. Square Enix confirmed that there will be 160 148 standard cards and 154 premium cards in the Opus III set.
Update: Square Enix clarified the card distribution for Opus III and put this in their comments section:
"Similarly to Opus I, the card total includes those in the Volume 2 starter sets. The exact distribution is: Common 60 Cards / Rare 42 Cards / Hero 32 Cards / Legend 14 Cards / Premium 154 Cards. So this is 148 standard cards to be precise 6 of which will feature a different art in their booster and starter version. And on top of this, 6 cards exclusive to their starters in their standard version which you will find as premium in the boosters so 154 premium cards in total..."
