The U.S. release date for Opus II has been pushed to April 7, 2017. This was confirmed by several stores that were notified by GTS, the exclusive distributor for the game in the U.S. The reason stated was that it is currently going through U.S. customs.

Ah you guys are lucky to also have a pre release. We just got word in today that U.S. release is pushed back to April 7. It's currently stuck in customs about two or three weeks now.

This kind of thing really sucks, I just hope it doesn't harm the game in the long-run. I guess the positive to look at is that the game is clearly popular (far more popular than perhaps SQEX expected!) which means they have every reason to support it more and more as we go forward. Also, I can certainly understand erring on the side of caution when it comes to the production side. Whilst its not great that people who want product can't get it, it would be far worse if there was tons of product sat in stock everywhere that nobody wanted. Hopefully this is all just teething problems and in a years time we will have forgotten all about these kind of issues

Sorry, moved some posts to this thread if that's fine. I should've made a new thread about this in the first place.
Yeah, it's a real bummer about the U.S. stock. We're not only getting a delay, but we're also experiencing another shortage of stock. It's better than Opus I, but it's still pretty bad. People are ordering from the UK again to get some product.
Luckily, my two boxes that I ordered from Dec are guaranteed, so expect some giveaways soon.

Wow that's a shame. Such a strange issue.

Customs can be a real pain for companies importing international shipments. Here's to hoping we get them soon.
