Looking for GenCon roommates for a hotel share.
Hotel: Extended Stay America Indianapolis Airport W Southern Ave
Room Arrangement: Suite, 1 living room, 1 bedroom
2 Double Bed, 1 Double Sofa Bed (3 beds total, at least 2 people per bed)
Full Kitchen - Stovetop, Microwave, Dishware, Refrigerator
Spaces taken: 3 spots taken, 3-7 spots available
How long are you staying: August 1-6, 2018, 5 nights
Price (price is for the whole stay):
$184/person with 6 roommates
$158/person with 7 roommates
$138/person with 8 roommates
$123/person with 9 roommates
$110/person with 10 roommates
The number of roommates will be up to the people in the room. 6 roommates is affordable and comfortable. 8 roommates is still doable: 2 people per bed, the last two have floor space. 10 roommates is if we want to be really frugal. 🙄
Commute: Near airport, 10 min Drive to Convention center
Car rental/Parking passes, Public Transportation (at least 1 hour one-way), or Lyft/Uber [Most likely the best option to save a lot of time and possibly money]
Free parking at hotel
Roommate preference: Co-ed room. Clean, responsible roommates.
Rules and Requirements:
- Ages 18+ only, preferably 21+
- No smoking or drugs, drinking allowed
- Try to keep it quiet past sleeping hours, at least past 12AM, especially if you're coming back late. This is a 2-room suite, so the bedroom should be quiet for sleeping roomates. The living room can be used for hangouts past sleeping hours.
- Any damages, thefts, and charges to the room caused by you will be paid by you.
- I think the max room guest is 5. Any unexpected charges to the room, such as extra guest charges if they find out, will be split among all the roomates. Hopefully, this can be avoided. Keep it under wraps yo.
- Payment must be received ahead of time and is non refundable. This is to avoid any financial burdens on all the roommates from flakers. Check the marketplace board for my feedback. PM me if you need more feedback info from other websites.

- I'll contribute some snacks/drinks/food to the room food pool for us to share for the week. Other roommates are free to do so as well.
