Facebook Event Information" We are happy to announce the Date & Location for the FFTCG & Friends Festival 2020! Are you ready for Italy? We are going to visit Rome on the 18th and 19th April. Other than this year, the 2020 FFTCG & Friends Festival will feature more casual and fun activities, and will focus less on a "Tournament" - this is the perfect time to bring your Friends or new Players into the game. Also we recommend getting your Team ready as we are bringing the Boss Battles again! Like last year you will be able to challenge the Boss Decks to win cool prizes / but in 2020 you can Team up with everyone you want - there won't be a Warriors of Light or Warriors of Darkness restriction this time. We hope you are excited for the FFTCG & Friends Festival, so make sure to take that weekend off from work or plan your holiday in Italy around it. More News and the first component of the Goodie-Bag will follow after the Winter Cup 2019. "

FB Europe Page Announcement" Hello everyone, Unfortunate we got some bad news today. The COVID-19 (also known as the “novel coronavirus”) is spreading within the East Asia region and also arrived in Europe (and sadly Italy). The staff at Hobby Japan regretfully had to make the decision to forego overseas travel, as well as postpone events in their own region for the time being. This decision is based on a desire to avoid any potential spread of the virus, and to prioritize the health and safety of our staff and fans. Due to these circumstances, Square Enix has decided to cancel the FFTCG & Friends Festival 2020 in Rome. This event is designed to connect FFTCG fans with the developers of the game and, unfortunately, current circumstances, will prevent us from delivering on this experience. As some of you might be aware, we announced on our Twitch Live-Stream that we will host a Spring Cup on the same weekend in Rome instead. Unfortunately with the Virus spreading in Italy right now, we had to make the decision to not host the Spring Cup for now. The current situation is too unstable right now to predict the future. The Crystal Cups and Grand Opens are currently unaffected and will move forward as planned. We will notify players of any changes as soon as possible. Anyway, we would recommend getting a travel insurance for your upcoming trips, as the current situation makes it difficult to plan ahead. We are very sorry to all of you who support FFTCG, and especially those who were planning to travel to this event. This was not an easy decision to make, and we hope that we will see you in the upcoming events season. "
