Yeah, we really do need the CR but i'm honestly glad that they haven't just rushed it out with errors as that could be even worse than no CR. Given the amount of typos and translation issue in Opus 1, I just want it to be right when we (finally) get it. As for this penalties doc, it was an interesting read (particularly as i'd like to be a judge at some point). The only issue I had with it was 2-3 about starting the game with too many cards. The rule as stated (put them all to the bottom of the deck and draw 5) seems like it could easily be abused as a way for players to get a free extra mulligan by 'accidentally' drawing too many cards when they have a hand they don't want to keep. Obviously judges would be able to pick up on players that repeatedly did this but at least the first one would be 'free'. I think it would be better if it was the same as 2-2-2 where in that situation, they put 1 card at random to the bottom. That way, you can't abuse it as you'll never turn a bad hand into a good one, you could only possibly slightly improve it, but just as easily make it worse as it would be at randon. Just my thoughts
