That's pretty cool, although it's a shame it isn't more different to the original art. I had to bring up the previous one just to work out what the change was. I guess they don't all need to be massively different (like the Chibi Lann).

I know right? I had to check the previous card for the difference. If I didn't notice the FF 30th Anniversary logo, I wouldn't have known it was a new promo parallel card.

Yeah, at first glance it just looks like the other Gabranth to me, which could actually be pretty confusing in games if you get them muddled up.

It's good that they're parallel cards then in case someone doesn't catch the artwork difference. It would be worse if they were different cards. That happens often with the Ice Dark Knights. They look so similar, it's easy to mix them up.

Looks like Germany has gotten the promo card at Gamescom 2017. Square Enix also confirmed in a reply to a fan that the demo kit will be given out at MCM London Comic Con 2017 in October, so we can expect to see this promo in English. It's just too bad that they couldn't release it here in the U.S. Here's hoping that they'll have it at Nationals in September.

The Gabranth FF 30th Anniversary parallel promo will be available in English for the first time. Get yours by winning an Expert Challenge or any one of the events planned at PAX West 2017.

Wow that's overpriced. Just wait until a few events. I'm sure these will be given out at NA Nationals. Some other events were confirmed to get these too, so the prices will eventually fall to a normal range when we get more on the market.
